An example of how to let your kids know what food they should eat more or less often
In this activity, children will learn about healthy and less healthy foods and foods that they should eat more or less often. Food varies from country to country and culture, so we avoid calling food good or bad, but healthy or less healthy. This activity is just an idea of how to let your kids know that they should eat more healthy food. It’s your call to adapt to your food culture. Let’s get started.
