Secret messages to parents!

In this activity, we can hide our drawings and messages behind dry paper towels. When wet, the paper fibers are filled with water and allow more light to pass through. The paper becomes translucent so we can see the drawing behind it. Let’s see what children want to tell us😊.

What you’ll need

How to Set Up

  1. Fold two pieces of paper towels in half.
  2. On the top sheet of paper, let children draw a frame without details to give clues about the picture.
  3. Open the top sheet of paper. Then draw a picture or write a message on the back sheet. Close the top sheet.
