In this activity, children can learn to recognize their own emotions and let the parents know about them. There you have the opportunity to open a conversation with your children about emotions. What you’ll need

- Plastic Cup
- Permanent Marker
- Scissors
- Hole Punch 1/1/2”
How to Set Up
- Print the Chanafavors free printable file. Cut out the fried egg and the yolks.
- Remove the yolk of the fried egg with scissors and attach it to a clear plastic cup with glue.
- Stack a clear plastic cup of the same size inside. Mark the positions of the 5 yolks on the inner cup. Attach the yolks to the marked positions with glue.
How to play
- Stack the two cups together with the fried eggs on the outside.
- Show your children how to hold the outer cup with one hand and turn the inner cup with the other hand.
- Ask your children about their feelings. Talk about how to spot people with the same feelings. What did their eyes and mouth look like?
