Exercise fingers, hand-eye coordination and visual analysis
In this activity, children not only exercise their fingers using cotton swabs to draw, but also improve their hand-eye coordination and visual analysis when the results of their actions appear in beautiful rainbow colors. Older kids can have more fun by making their own rainbow scratch paper. Let’s do it.
What you’ll need
- Chanafavors Printables * Clear Sticker Sheet
- Watercolor Paint
- Dish Soap
- Paint Brush
- Cotton Buds
- Masking Tape
How to Set Up
- Place a clear glass bowl in the tray.
- Move the clear bowl in the tray to spot the inhabitants of the ocean.
- Mix dish soap with black watercolor paint together. Paint it on the rainbow sheet and let it dry. Then remove the masking tape.
How to play
- Invite your children to use a cotton swab to draw on the rainbow scratch paper as they like. Scratch it off and reveal a beautiful rainbow background.
