How to Set Up
- To set up, print and cut out the octopus. Attach 10 popsicle sticks to the back of the numbers 1-10 to create tentacles, and reinforce the octopus with a cardboard box.

Cut out the problem bar, back it with cardboard, and cover the writing area with clear tape.
How to play
- To play, write a multiplication problem under 10 or use the provided problem cards.
- Read the first number and place it in the mouth hole. Then, place rubber bands on the tentacles according to the first number, repeating for each tentacle. For example, for 2×4, place 2 rubber bands on each of the 4 tentacles. Count the total bands to find the answer and write it down.
