How to Set Up
- Print and cut out the penguins, igloo houses, and number cards. Attach three igloo houses with operation signs onto cardboard to create a math problem bar.

Cut small pieces of straw. Fold each penguin in half, place the straw inside, and close the penguin with glue. Thread five penguins onto a string, creating four sets.
- Attach ice bars onto another piece of cardboard in four lines, each line for five penguins. Tie the penguin strings on the back.
How to play
- Place number cards on the igloo, creating math problems ranging from 1 to 20. Flip the penguins up or down as required by the problem. Count the total or remaining penguins and place the answer on the igloo door.
