How to Set Up
- To set up, fold the clean and dirty teeth templates and reinforce them with cardboard to create a daily check board (refer to the provided pictures for guidance). Attach day and night symbols to wooden clothespins and clip them onto the board.
- Next, cut out the tooth template, reinforce it with cardboard, and place it in a zip bag with a cross hole. Add pom poms to the bag to represent food particles. Optionally, use a black whiteboard marker to add stains to the tooth.
How to play
- To play, simulate cleaning the tooth with the toothbrush to remove stains or remove pom poms from the bag. Once cleaned, on the check board, fold the tooth up and clip it to the board to indicate it’s clean. Repeat for the night.
- As children become familiar with brushing or the concept of cleaning teeth, you can use only the check board to check after they clean their teeth for real.
